What season is it?

Isn't it supposed to be Spring? I can handle the snow, but I hate the wind that came with it. I guess March is going out like a Lion. It came in like a Lamb, so I guess the old saying came true this year. Did you know the name March came from ancient Rome? March was the first month of the year and named Martius after Mars, the Roman god of war.
I hope the next old saying comes true about April showers and May flowers. This has been a long cold Winter. My animals don't know what to think. The chickens are all huddled in a bunch and stay inside. The cats are hiding somewhere. My poor horses started to shed, and now it's back down in the teens. We're all ready for some warm weather.
I know almost everybody has heard of GDI. This business has been around for a long time and didn't die like most do. You can make nice residual income with little work. If you haven't checked it out, or want a relook, go here. www.urlfreeze.com/2kranches/GDI

A little humor for the day.

A lady goes into a bar and sees a cowboy with his feet propped up on a table. He has the biggest feet she's ever seen. The woman asks the cowboy if what they say about men with big feet is true.

The cowboy replies, "Sure is, why don't you come back to my place and let me prove it?"

The woman is curious, so she spends the night with him. When she sees him the next day, she hands the cowboy a $100 bill.

"I'm flattered," he says, blushing. "Nobody has ever paid me for my prowess before."

"Well, don't be," the woman replies. "Take this money and go buy yourself some boots that fit!"

My old toy

How many people out there like old tractors. If you have a small farm to raise some horse feed, you need a tractor. I like old tractors, so I repaired my fathers old John Deere, and a little paint. It's small, but my farm is small so it gets the job done. It may be over 50 years old but it still runs great. The pop pop sound of an old Johnny is something that everybody likes. It's fun when I drive through town, and all the people stare. They usually hear me coming long before they see me.
As I said in my last post, I've slowed down with internet opportunities. I did stay with a few. I really like the one I shared, and here is another good one. You can have your own Web Site and Search Engine. www.urlfreeze.com/2kranches/People-Quest1

A joke in closing.

 Can you solve this puzzle?

You are riding on a beautiful white horse.
On  your left side is a drop off.
On your right side are several ostriches  being chased by a
    lion.
In front of you are four large gazelles that  won't get out of
    your way
and you can't seem to overtake them.
Behind you is a stampede of horses.
What must you do to get out of  this highly dangerous situation?

Happy Return

Been gone for a long long time, but now I'm back to share some more rambling with everybody. This is a photo of a late storm. Spring is right around the corner, but Utah weather can always surprise you. We're expecting more snow this weekend. I'll sure be happy when I can head for the mountains.
I've slowed down on my internet businesses, but I still have an old standby that will work for anyone. All you have to do is put a sticker on your car to advertise, and get paid. Not bad. http://www.moreinfo247.com/10077558/EE.

I have to share this again. It's always hard when you lose an old friend.

Horse's Prayer

I'm only a horse, dear Master, but my heart is warm and true,

And I'm ready to work my hardest, for the pleasure of pleasing you.

Good corn and hay and water are all that I wish to ask,

And a warm dry bed to rest on when I've finished my daily task.

Don't strike me in needless anger if I'm slow to understand,

But encourage my drooping spirits with a gentle voice and hand.

Finally, O my master, when my health and strength are gone -

When I'm getting old and feeble and my long life's work is done -

Don't sell me to cruel owners to be slaved to my latest breath,

But grant me the untold blessing of a quick and painless death;

That, as you have always found me a patient and loyal friend,

The years of my faithful service may be crowned by a peaceful end.

I plead in the name of the Savior,

Who cares when the sparrows fall,

Who was born in a lowly stable and knows and loves us all!
